Iredell, and Charles A. and Jessie Bosworth are present. It is not clear if some of the persons represented in the collection were related to the Rusts. Several letters from Iredell to Franklin Rust concern Iredell's wish to marry Rust's daughter. Several of the property deeds are for land in Kenton County, Ky. One letter from Thomas L. Jones, Democratic Representative from Kentucky to Congress, concerns the removal of a government official from his post.
